For nearly 25 years, ASC has been
helping industrial clients mitigate noise in the harsh environments
of the factory work place. Often, products are adapted to provide
service in unusual environments such as clean rooms, outdoor noise
sources and saw mills.
Industrial
noise controls are often mandated by OSHA regulations, city, county
or state ordinances, or court ordered remedies. ASC has helped clients
through the often confusing process, and we provide certified testing
and engineering as well as noise control products to put you into
compliance.
Industrial
Sound Traps
Industrial Sound Traps are cylindrical sound absorbers based
on ASC's patented bass trap (ASC-TubeTrap) technology. This
unit is 9" diameter and 36" long. It can be attached at
both ends and strung together on cables vertically or horizontally.
Sound Traps are used to lower RT-60 in high ceiling situations typically
found in warehouses, food courts, factories, mills and restaurants.
They can also be used as part of an OSHA compliance program to quiet
a noisy workplace. It is covered with fire rated gray felt fabric.
The Industrial SoundPanel is an affordable and easy
to install fire rated acoustic absorption device that attaches to
the wall in high noise environments. This is ideal for use in any
factory or industrial environment where tools make high levels of
noise. Use these panels as part of an OSHA compliance program or
whenever mandated by safety standards.
Sound Mufflers are essentially large versions of
the typical car muffler, and can be as effective in quieting industrial
noise. They are installed in-line and designed to maintain proper
air flow while reducing noise to tolerable levels. ASC Mufflers
are used to quiet noisy dust control systems, and can be a part
of your OSHA compliance plan.
This 2' x 2' x 4" Panel is installed over suspended
ceiling tiles to absorb and stop sound transmission through the
ceiling. This is an easy to install acoustic upgrade for any "T-bar"
suspended ceiling tile system, and the product is completely hidden
from view. Shared offices sound quieter because plenum noise is
absorbed instead of reflected.
Industrial
SoundFence More than a typical sound barrier, which
only reflects noise, ASC SoundFence absorbs AND blocks noise. If
you have outdoor compressors, transformers or HVAC equipment in
close proximity to residential areas, odds are good that you need
an ASC SoundFence. There are many types of noise barriers that cost
much more than the SoundFence, but these don’t absorb noise.
"X"
Baffles These absorbers hang from the ceiling and are
designed to knock down excess RT-60 noise in a typical factory setting.
When hung as a group, "X" Baffles can significantly reduce
excess Db levels. This baffle
system has much better directional absorption compared to flat panel
baffles. Use "X" Baffles as part of an OSHA noise compliance
program.
